A company in the United Kingdom allows workers to both bring their dogs to work and to take time off to care for their newly adopted pet, a perk being called “puppy leave.” This new policy is available for workers in the UK and in their US office in Ohio. While the policy is being blamed on millennial values by Forbes magazine, BrewDog, the company in question, says the policy relates to the company’s values.
